We read everything. The most useful things you can send:
- A fix that's out of date, with what the current version does instead.
- A problem we haven't covered, with the exact error message or behaviour.
- A typo, a broken link, or a step that's missing.

What we can't do
We can't take remote-control of your machine or look at your account. Everything we publish is something you can do yourself, with a bit of patience — that's the whole point of the site. If a fix needs a technician, we'll tell you rather than pretend otherwise.
